One you are accredited, you may have to open up a shop, or perhaps join some one already existing. Get a clientel built up, then you get a reputation for good work. Then you can approach the hotels to try and be set up or offer visitng work on certain days. Unless you'd prefer to be oncall for the hotels when people need the massage at a moment's notice.
Since the most important point is to do this in Nice, France, you need to investigate what the market is like there. Do the good hotels already offer similar services, then it might be harder to get into it, if there's already people doing that market.

So it's important to consider the market of where you want to do this.
