What is the minimum amount of training you need to get hired as a massage therapist in San Diego?

I have seen programs for a Massage Trainee (200 hours, 3-4 months) and Massage Therapist (500 hours, 12-18 months). I want to get trained and start working in this field ASAP. Will any hotels/Dr's offices hire me with only 200 hours of training? What is the minimum amount of training you need to get hired as a massage therapist in San Diego?
I am a massage therapist in San Diego and yes you can find places that will hire you with just your trainee certificate but it will generally be with the expectation that you will be getting your full fledged license. From what I have heard from fellow therapists, you will also get paid less then you would if you were a Massage Therapist and you still have to get trainee license and trainee insurance. I would not recommend just getting your trainee cert but if you want to get started right away, it doesn't hurt and you get more practice.

One place I know that has hired trainees is Healing Hands Massage Center in Mission Valley area.
